The wine displays an intense nutty, flinty and orchard fruit nose backed up by a palate of rich texture and crunchy acidity. This Small Batch Chardonnay was sourced from quality parcels of fruit hand picked from Ghost Rocks own Bonadale and Oulton sites. Justin has whole bunched these grapes and combined with partial Malolactic fermentation and no fining. We are excited about the first vintage of this wine.
