Bright cherry, vanilla and spice are pronounced on the nose with tart cherry, plums and fig on the palate with a dark chocolate (98%) finish. The soft tannin and acidity allow for the varietal characteristics to linger. Canopy and vineyard management is integral to producing a Sangiovese at this level, this enables the team to harvest fruit that has both intensity and character. A lovely drink now wine, best had with food and shared with friends.
