Cantina Boffa 2015 Dolcetto d'Alba DOC
Cantina Boffa is a small specialised vineyard of only 4 hectares, as such production levels are extremely small, enabling quality above all else, with a focus on extracting the best from the least. The application of modern technology supports a traditional approach to showcasing, Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto d'Alba.
The Dolcetto was meticulously hand picked and traditionally fermented in stainless steel vats, it is both aromatic and fruity with aspects of satsuma plum and black cherry with hints of violet. Additionally on the palate, these characteristics are reconfirmed with anise and mocha also present.
